im not sure if u can put a +30 shield mod on it or not but i'll try to
this is a perfect shields for E/W DoA Tank Build On PvXwiki
the -2 while in stance will work good because of balanced stance and wary stance
the +45 healh while enchanted will also work too because of the obsidian flesh and if i can put the +30 mod on it it will be a total of 75 more health
Also works for the W/Me UW Solo build
