For those of you who do not know, pepermint candy canes remove ALL of your dp and give 2 points towards sweet tooth title. so you are getting 2050 points on your title and an amazingly helpful consumable. Also, if you do not own gwen, then there is little chance of ever getting these again as they are only available from a dungeon chest and a random prize in the wintersday gifts
