Heket farming?

yeah, i've tried looking for a build to farm those hekets but all i've found were more questions. so is there a good build to farm them? or is it my time to be flamed?

ive tried before, wasnt much fun so i just bought what i was after (heket axe)
if you can find a group of just the rangers or just the necros i think it can be done, but those warriors tend to agonizing chop pretty good

yeah i was able to do a couple groups but not with much efficiency D:
