what do minis do?

i thought i saw somewhere that minis can help in battle by giving energy boosts or certain other things that would help you in combat. what are they? if i bought a Charr Shman what could it do for me?

Sorry, but they don't really do anything. The main reason why people want them is because they don't have much else to spend money on, so they purchase minis to show off.

Altho I do believe there was this 1 skill that was affected by a minipet, can't remember it atm tho.

And mini-pets count as allies so they do affect paragon skills and some other.

I had got run over by a boulder but didn't have my mini out at the time to see if it was possible to be squished. Oh! And I'll be taking my mini around with more paragons from now on to see.
