Hey-hey, I would like a PC on a Strange Shield!

Here are the stats/mods!

P.S: The skin is a crude shield, and it can be dyed black!

collector shield in eastern frontier, anyone can kill few lvl4 devourers , pick up 3 fetid carapaces and get one in minutes
