Is there any way to run 2 gw on the same computer?
I have seen evidence of it being done. But not how to do it.
Thanks

There are several post about it. Look HERE to find some of them.
I having been using GWx2 for quite a while and have no problems.
PS: Assuming you have two seperate accounts. You can't log onto the same account twice.

GWx2 is what I've been using, runs like a gem on Vista. As said, make sure you actually have two accounts. Can't be logged on one in two locations.

Why not download Microsoft Virtual PC, install an operating system, install guildwars, and run it from there?
I haven't tried it, but it should work, and although it'll use more resources there's the bonus that there's no dodgy third party software involved.
Speed might be an issue, I suppose, but with a dual or quadcore CPU you should have enough parallel processing power to run both instances of Guildwars. Network congestion & lag might be harder to avoid.
You will of course need two guildwars accounts.

I too have been using GWx2.
It's a brilliant little program. The site i got it from isn't working so here's what google brought up when i searched it:
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&r....1&btnG=Search
Obviously virus scan it etc when you download, since they're free download sites.
And case you don't know, you have to copy GW to a second file (the .dat and .exe file). The copy has to be redone everytime GW updates.
