Non inscribable. As far as i remember these things used to go for quite a lot, but I'm not sure of what price it would fetch now. Also, would changing the mods increase its sale value?

They used to go for lots of money yes, but now thx to the undead farm in HM they are ~5k for 15^50 ...
Dont mod if you are planning on selling, personally i would give it to a hero...

i'd just merch it tbh. frantic's right about price drop and not modding
