Again bringing you a fun/new build to use in RA (atleast was fun for me :P )
Channeling 12+3+1 yeah sup rune FTW, so shut it
Air Magic 12
Shell Shock
Ride The Lightning [E]
Ancestors Rage
Nightmare Weapon
Wielders Strike
optional slot
optional slot
Resurrection Signet
First start by putting Nigtmare Weapon to your weapon. Use Shell Shock to the enemy. Jump to the enemy with Ride the lightning immediatelly followed by Ancestors Rage. Hit one time with nightmare weapon and after that use the wielders strike. Then hit 2 more times with nightmare weapon + renew it. After this you can start the cycle again.
New Rit Build, I think...

I'd use shock instead. Also, I've found spirit rift to be a nice follow up attack once you get close w/ the enemy.
Personally, though, I've found using a soul twisted double agony, spirit rift, nightmare weapon combo to be more effective. Throw in a well timed spirit boon strike and you keep those 2 agonies alive a bit longer for more damage.

Throw in a well timed spirit boon strike and you keep those 2 agonies alive a bit longer for more damage. Once again, you cannot have 2 Spirits of Agony at the same time, unless this skill is broken. Even then, you wasted a bunch of time casting a skill that only deals at most 10 dps, and then all of your other skills just don't make enough pressure, nor spike, to be useful.
At least when using shock, you get a knockdown as well a very potential spike-ability through Ancestor's and Nightmare Weapon, while the target is knocked down, keeping them from healing themselves (which is good if you're going after most casters or a monk in the mob). Also, most of these skills are active and can be used in basically any situation. Agony is slow to set up, and you're totally shut down if you get interrupted, and with a 3-second cast I dont' know how you aren't D-Shot or D-Blow fodder....especially since you have to get within earshot of a mob to use it, and for maximum efficiency, even close...
