DDarkFlame Desert Nomad E/Joined Feb 2005Jan 5, 2008 at 1:05 AM • #2There are no npcs that sell weapon mods. You can only buy them off of players, short of finding and salvaging them yourself. You can however, sell then to merchants, but only at 50(?) gold each.
