Soo... I recall a tool tip telling me about bags, but because my eyes were on reading comprehension strike apparently, it made no sense to me...

For all that's holy and evil, how on earth do I increase my bagspace... I might be a wee level 4ling, but that backpack is filling up faster than I like...

bags are 100g and you drag them next to wear your belt pouch is.
You can also buy a rune of holding for 500g each, which increases the size of each bag to 10 slots

^what he said

and also if you're in factions or nightfall you can trade in your Monestary credits or battle commendations for bags and holding runes for them.

additionally I'm pretty sure all 3 campaigns have a belt pouch quest of some sort in their starting regions.

Yeah and most of the stuff that is in your bagpack, you don't even need. Usually you can sell any white weapons, salvage stuff from blues and purples, and keep the orange ones if you know they are valuable.

This is definitely good to know once you get them. Especially when you are trying to move a black dye from your backpack to a side bag, and accidentally double-click it instead of click+drag. Needless to say, it doesn't give you a confirmation dialog, it just does it. Yeah... not happy.
