oh dont you hate that, same thing happened to me (soon afterword my entire computer crashed...watch out :P)
i dont think you can
(i think there is a keyboard with a little touchpad mouse(like a laptop) on it.
yep found one:
http://www.nextag.com/Adesso-SlimTou...11/prices-html
(dont buy one unless you think it is awesome, just buy a mouse, its cheaper)
click "c" "spacebar and use #s to attack and move with the arrow keys. i hated not having a mouse though and gave up the hassle of playing guild wars (until i fixed it). but, thats basically all you can do, no inviting people into your party no changing your build, it sucks
check if its a USB problem, plug in a flash drive into the usb hub if your using a usb mouse, and if it doesnt work, switch hubs. if it does work, buy a new mouse, you can get a new one off newegg dirt cheap, just wait a few days.
if none of your hubs work (like mine... still dont) get a USB -> PS/2 adapter and just plug your mouse into there.
good luck dude

You can usually buy cheap-o ball mice now for nuts at any department store. That would work to hold you over.

You can press left Shift+Alt+Num Lock to move cursor with numpad, at least on Windows XP.
