Ive been out of it for a while and wonder whats the differece between the two

Dedicated = a minipet that is put into your Hall of Monument (HoM) and cannot be put into the HoM of someone you're selling it to
Undedicated = minipet was not put into your Hall of Monument (HoM) and can be put into the HoM of someone you're selling it to
Undedicated = minipet was not put into your Hall of Monument (HoM) and can be put into the HoM of someone you're selling it to

Though either type of mini can still be displayed to look at when your character is walking around. Even if that mini was dedicated to someone else's Hall of Monuments.
