are white items worth keeping and trying to sell on sellers forum?

i'v noticed most if not all can not be inscribed. are they worthless? should i just merchant every white item i get? regardless of requirement and skin rarity?

if there are white items worth keeping, but only a few of them could anyone post what should be kept?

sorry if this has been asked thousands of times but i couldnt find it on search.

thanks for any and all replies.

Yes, they are merchant fodder.

That's all.

Fads for items are changing all the time but generally whites are pretty worthless.
Only one I ever kept was a chaos axe.

The only items worth selling to other players imo are golds and a couple of greens which still fetch good prices.

Whites blues and purples on the whole are just for merchanting or salvaging.

Only exception would be a really good skin I guess, but it would have to be max damage.

Whites are not inscribable, so they're really not wanted. Someone might be willing to buy a max white of a really rare skin, but you'd have to be lucky to find that 1 guy out of 2 million players - and he'd only want to pay 100g anyway.

Some blues and purples - if they are desired/rare skins and inscribable - can be worth more than the merchant price, but, again, it's most often not worth the time to try to sell them unless you use Guru auction.

before selling the whites to the merchant make sure you id them as that will raise the price for them
