I've been poking into this thread for days, and I still don't think I have my answer. I mean, there are so many minis that I love. Aw heck, I love 'em all. If I had to pick a top half dozen (which is a whole lot easier than an outright fave) I would probably say:
- Bone Dragon -- still key in my mind when I think of Guild Wars
- Charr Shaman -- the "poster child" for the game, don't you think?
- Gwen -- a sentimental choice, as I'm generally more fond of monster than human miniatures
- Naga Raincaller -- I've loved this art since the team first made it, and love the way he moves, too
- Lich -- Just awesome

Favorites: mini kuunavang, water djinn, and moa chick. I was lucky enough to get the kuunavang with my Factions C. Edition which was a gift from my wife. But the Djinn cost me a fortune! (To me, anyway.) The moa chick I darn well earned. I never thought that bog skale fins would be so hard to get.
