I've decided to make a choking gas build, and it works nice. Most of the time. Sometimes cg didn't interrupt when it was still applied on. I was confused by this and decided to try it on the master of healing in isle of the nameless.
Even with cg on her, she could still cast all her spells with no problem.
Can anyone help me on this?

[skill]Practiced Stance[/skill] then [skill]Choking gas[/skill] then [skill]flurry[/skill] and use with a short/recurve with savage and distracting.

But still, I'm asking why choking won't interrupt even when its on a target. I have no problem keeping it applied.

I believe its like Cry of Frustration, it only interrupts if the foe is CASTING the spell. Example is if x is casting meteor shower and y is next to it, the meteor shower will get disrupted and spread to y, but only will disrupt y if it's casting. Make sense?

Ok, oh and flurry is a stance too.

Although CG has a spreading Gas effect which lasts for a certain time, I believe it only does one interrupt to each foe it's spread to.

Flurry is a 5 second recharge. And by the times you need to reapply choking gas practiced is recharged . And the flurry is to speed up your rate of fire so you can hit them while they are casting.
