I have a q9 summit warlord shield

strength +1(20%)

i'd hero/merch it. single mod mixed w/ req and no ability to mod it up for use
EDIT: @ claver - it's not inscribable. summit warlords only come with tactics reqs, so the only way to have strength +1 is non-inscribable

drat. going by experience and unofficial wiki. i apologize. just checked the official wiki and saw that strength req was possible

That is incorrect. They come with both reqs. Claver's question stands.
