Rit/mes or Rit/E offers some ways to manage energy. These, I think, are the most flexible secondaries for rits. It's probably noobtastic of me to admit, but I like Glimmering Mark (ele air magic elite) + channeling spells to spread blind.

Rit/W offers farming possibilities, but isn't too common (or useful?) otherwise.
Rit/Nec offers some possibilities with Minion and spirit creation, but I think necros make better MMs than rits.
Rit/R makes the Barrage and Volley Skills kind of fun.

Yep, Necros make better MMs. However, Rits make better minion bombers. Explosive Growth along with some nice skills to help heal the team works wonders with minions.
