Temple of Ages Trick

I've seen multiple times the people are able to get behind the NPC Brother Mizar and next to that tree, and in fact get in side the the water that the tree sits in. So I was wondering... how do you do it?

I had a go at this and managed to do it once, though I'm not exactly sure how. As far as I can tell you have to run at Mizar at an angle and talk to him. The one time I got behind him he just seemed to spin round and I was on the other side.

Ok so I'm sick of seeing people show off because they can do this whilst others can't. It's amazingly simple

Stand opposite Mizar, on the edge of the hill, facing sort of towards the merchant. There's a large root just to the right of Mizar. Left click at the point where the root meets the floor and the fountain (sort of the vertex where each point meets). Eventually, you'll find the right spot and make it. Once you've found it, you'll never forget
