Just have to wait a supposed month after opening it to open it again.

as said above its important to wait a full month before going again, its a real pisser to go and accidentally reset a 29 day timer because your a day early.

not only possible, but usually well worth it if you need the plat and so-so gold items (I usually give them to my heroes)....I keep a chart of which character has visited which freebies on which days so I can wait the required 30 odd days before plundering them again (many of my characters are working on getting 15k armors and this is about the only way they get enough loot to do it now).

Oh man, I totally forgot about treasures...time to open them with my 9 pve chars xD

there are some freebie treasures hidden in some corners of the world. All you gotta do is click on it, like a free chest I suppose. I don't really remember much about them, Only seen one and forgot about it untill this thread. I'm gonna go look for it again and see If I can remember where it was....

The timer goes by Character, not account. So you can check a treasure with every character on the same day.

Don't get your hopes up too much. I opened them yesterday and made out with 15k total, that includes merching all 12 treasure drop weapons- only one of which was gold.

edit: I waited well over two months before my most recent opening- previous attempts of 35 days yielded nothing.

yea i noticed the treasure drops are not as good as they were before. have they been nerfed?

i only made 8k total and 2 golds. i had waited 50 days. and yea i did them all.

I average about 25-30k per char after opening all the chests.
and you guys ONLY made that much? Its free money with little effort should be happy.

I noticed with my characters that have finished nf that the chests are not as good (finished with one character and went to open the one in dasha after I finished the mission for the first time....only got 1plat and a crapppy grape--and it had been more than 2 months since she had opened any chests....she had the same problem with others that she finally got to as well....now all that one gets are grapes and very very low gold coins--she has retired from chests for a long time). My characters that are still working thru nf are still getting max gold and usually a gold (sprying glass staff---got 4 of them today ) item ....not sure why they are so much worse with the completed characters vs those that are still working thru it (and yes some of them have been working thru nf for almost as long as the ones that are done with it ).....just an observation.

My latest ranger has just done the treasures for a second time and it was slightly disappointing - only 1 gold weapon. Previous characters I've had, have managed 3 runs before the purples start. Cash hadn't been reduced by much, though.

i have hit those free chest so much on my main char that i am down to getting non max grapes out of them and about half the gold per chest that a new char gets when it goes there but free gold is free gold lol

Ehh, I have opened all of them about 3 times, the last time before yesterday probably 5-6 months ago. Went and did them yesterday for shits and giggles and got 2 golds and the rest grape, I averages about 1.2 plat per and I got a saphire. All weapons merched, the only thing worth salvaging was a Bow Grip of 20% vs UnDead.

But yeah I always thought the less you did it the better the drops would be, guess not.

The quality of the drops decreases after repeated opennings. I only get purples now after openning them... oh 6-7 times.
