problem with unlocking items

i have only those dervish rune items to unlock

no major rune nor other dervish runes, why?

It means you haven't unlocked them in PvE by getting a garb that has the rune in it. Once you have ID a garb that has the rune it is then unlocked on your account. Also you can unlock them by buying them with Balthazar Faction.

Unlock Minor first, then you can unlock Major and then Superior.

The actual answer to your question is that you need to unlock the Minor Runes first before you can unlock the Major Runes, unless you ID them first in PvE.

Just a quick thing to add to this, has anyone noticed items re-locking themselves at all?

Few weeks ago my account decided that i no longer had 15^50 inscription unlocked to my account (i've had all item mods unlocked for a long time) and decided i had only 14^50, i got the inscription on a gold and it unlocked it again.

Happened with a few other mods too, mainly on wand wrappings.

Anyone had similar occur?

That happened to me once a long time ago, shortly after I got my UAI done. I think it has to do with the game deciding you never technically unlocked some of the inscriptions that were given to you by default and re-locking them. You just have to unlock them again however, it never happened to me again.

what is 15^50 inscription ??

It's a damage mod that you can put on weapons to add 15% increase in your damage per hit.
