Inscribable question

Someone said nightfall characters are the only characters that can find inscribable weapons in factions and prophecies. Another person said any character can find them in phophecies or factions. Another person said there are no inscribables in factions(which is what i believe as of now). Another person is trying to sell Zodiac inscribable daggers(daggers only found in factions) .

Can someone give me some facts(search wiki, no help there)?

Inscribable items are available to anyone and everyone in Nightfall and Eye of the North territory regardless of where they come from.

Inscribable items don't drop from chests or monsters in Factions or Prophecies with a few exceptions. E.g. the reward chests at the end of Urgoz' Warren, The Deep, The Underworld, The Fissure of Woe and HoH.

The inscribable Zodiac Daggers you mentioned were probably from the end chest of Urgoz' or The Deep.

Inscriptible (however it's spelt) weapons are in GWEN, Nightfall, Urgoz & The Deep (in Factions) and Core realms (FoW and UW).

Exclusively, Factions and Prophicies have no inscriptible weapons, making them a favourite amongst high-end collectors, as perfect ones are rare.

Any character can use an inscrtible weapon, but they can only be found in a few places.
