what`s the benefits of decreasing health for farming?

can anyone explain why should i decrease my hp using superior runes to farm?

If you mean for the purpose of 330rit or 55 monk or builds like that they are mainly on low health to benifit from protective spirit, if you are at 600 health 10% is 60 health and your healing breeze/mystic regen won't be able to heal 60 health in time where as at 55 health you take 5 (rounds down) dmg each hit so you can regen in time of the next hit and also you can use things like shield of absorbtion/shielding hands to reduce the dmg to 0.

Hope i helped, btw if your worried about reducing your armor sets health because you want to play the game to i would recomend buying another armor set, and the benifit of the monk 55 builds it doesnt matter if you use 15al or 60 al so just buy ascalon/shing jea/kamadan armor and itll cost about 1k and if you succesful in a farm it'll pay for it self in a few runs.
