Return to Kamadan from Tyria - how?

I'm playing a level 19 elementalist in Nightfall. I also have Prophecies on that account. I was offered quests in Consulate Docks, which I took and completed. I took and completed the one that took me to the battle where Kormir is killed by the demon at Varesh's HQ. Then I accepted one from a contact at the Consulate Docks that took me to Tyria - maybe called "Terror in Tyria", but don't recall. I accepted and completed one called "all for one and one for justice." On completion it instructed me to return to Kamadan for my reward, but Kamadan is no longer shown on the map, and there is no green star or arrowhead to show where to go. I went back into Lion's Gate, but also see nothing there. I had picked up several quests while in Lion's Arch.

I still have the primary called "Hunted" and would like to continue working on it, but now show another primary called "Report to the White Mantle" in Tyria. I'm pretty confused!

How do I get back to Kamadan...or can I even get there now that I've traveled to Tyria?

There should be a boat in the water (on the map). Click on that.

On the map, just South of Lion's Arch, there is a little icon of a boat.

Click on that

Back in Lion's Arch, at the pier where Lionguard Figo is, the access to a small boat is blocked. At the middle pier, there is no boat. At the long pier furthest south, there is a large boat and I can get on it, but there is only Canthan Ambassador (Guild Halls) on that boat. Nothing seems to be active when I click around.

Other suggestions?

They mean: hit 'M', bring up the big map of Tyria. Look to the bottom, just below Lion's Arch. There should be a boat icon, click on that. Enjoy free travel.

Doh (slaps forehead!!!!!) ...of course...forgot about that!

If you hit 'M' to bring up the map, you should see an icon similar to this just south of Lions Arch:


If you click on that, it should bring up a window that lists Kamadan and The Great Temple Of Balthazar on the left side. Double click on Kamadan.

Report to the White Mantle allows you to move into the Prophicies campaign with your character. You have no need to follow this up until you feel like you want to.
