Okay, It could be just me, but for a farming build I'm using, i need to get energizing wind..
Okay, I got it now, but something strange occurs, see, with 4 BM, it dies after 9 secs, while the minimum is (read on wiki) 30 seconds..
Some has got an explanation for this?

Not sure what you're looking at but at 4 in BM it's meant only to last for 9 seconds.
To even get close to 30 secs you'd need 14 for 29 secs and 15 for 31 secs.

The ROI on EW w/ just 4 points in BM isn't worth it. The energy cost is too high.
