sry mate, water magic is one of the less popular magic lines and Flint's Fleshcleaver is only worth a tiny bit as a result. Maybe 1-2k if you find a buyer. But better to use it on your heroes.

about 3-5k
seen in forums people buying for 2k but am sure you can get a few more k if you try

used to be 1k
but dun tink it will be too common nowadays as not many people farm them nowadays

if u manage to find someone desperate enough for it, might even ask for 5-8k
but otherwise, 2-4k is what i will pay for one
