I tried to find any thread about my questin, but couldn't find.
Can anybody tell where is possible to get req 8 weapons?? I heard its possible only in ellite missions areas killing mobs or when it dropped out of the chests.

generally it is just the luck of the drop ...although you can farm areas for specific skin drops you can't farm for specific req drops. so like the above said...anywhere...and everywhere and all mobs that drops loot have a chance to drop a req 8 weapon.... don't be quick to discard blue/purple items because they can often be made perfect if they are inscribable and max dmg...

Thanks. I used to farm a lot in many places in GW. Got about 20kk experience of all farming and never got any req 8 gold. I understand its ultrarare drop right??

yes it is a rare drop....especially for a gold item req 8....although max dmg inscribable purple/blue onese maybe a bit more common then the golds...they are still considered rare.

Just a note. You'll want to farm for these in Nightfall or GWEN, so you can get an inscribable drop. Then you can mod however you like. They are just a rare drop.

Yeah... stuff like my req 8 long sword don't drop that often (and when they do, they are often either sold to the merchant by unknowledgable players, customized and used by people like me, or sold at a ridiculous price to collectors).

Dont see why <r9 matters unless u are a GW maniac. It's a lot of fuss about nothing for those with plat to burn (or buy off Ebay). For example an r8 sword is useless at that level due to the fact a swordsman has to set attribute to 14 to do any damage. If you have a r8 shield, you would certainly want your strength attributes set higher than this.

Req.8 items seemed to fizzle out near Nightfall's release although on extremely rare occasions you will find a req.8 max inscribable item.
When Factions was made live, there were still req.7s popping up because I can recall a req.7 Plagueborn Focus and Platinum Blade in high-end. That seemed to come to an end but req.8 items were still popping up now and then. Now, it seems that non-inscribable req.8s don't happen.

in my exp, u will never find what u looking for, just save up money and buy whatever u want from other ppl, a lot of collectors with r8 weapons out there.

I've seen 2 in my GW exp, of which one dropped for me, a Shadow Bow. Sold the baby for 100k+. But that was back in the days when FDS's were actually worth something.
