1. Depends on if they do Canthan New Year again. If so, then it'd be at the same time as the Lunar New Year.

2. There should be three slips of folded (and on three of the four sides, perforated) pieces of plastic. One will contain the Nightfall CE key, one will contain both the Prophecies+Factions trial key and the Nightfall trial key, and the third will contain the bonus music key from DirectSong.
