I was trying to set a build with only two attributes specked out for RA. This does have one fire skill but you do not even have to have a point in it to use the skill which will trigger virulence right off the bat. What do you think?

Seeing as you only have 2 hexes on the bar and one of them is an optional, im not sure that using Hexer's Vigor is the right option for you.

Virulence is never good in PVP, since disease can hurt your team just as much as the enemy. Tainted + Rotting is always a better option, and there are better options to spread other conditions.

And remember (unless a special skill is used) only one condition can be transferred back to your team.
The plus with this build you can hit a target from afar with one spell and slap 4 conditions on your target (You have to include casting glyph in advance)
