Buying this. stats are 21/21 +30hp 20% enchants

Price of a key is 10k (correct me if I am wrong)
and weapons are usually a bit cheaper, but you need to take the trouble of getting to the chest (sorry I haven't reached endgame yet)

so i think 10k is reasonable

Moderate Changes in price can be discussed, unless I am wrong about the price of a key
