how to go to LA from Nightfall.

I just bought nightfall, i've made a dervish, but i have Eye of the north and wanna play there before doing full nightfall. how can i go to LA from nightfall ?

Do you have prophecies? If not then you can't go to LA
To get to Eye of the North you must be atleast lvl 10...then you need to get the quest from Bendah in Kamadan.
