Try selling most of the Req8s for around 20K+ Each is could be possible to sell all if you got a good buyer. also the req9s may hit up a bit just sell them one a time. im also SURE that the chaos axe is quite good.max.req8.15%stance if you had 20/20,hp+30 you could get more for it. #14 is 14^50.... i dont think u would get 70-90 for only 14^40...
