I was just wondering, if a friend did the deathlevelling for u in Pre-Searing, and he then left before you slayed the foe... Couldn't you gain both titles in that way?

Technically I suppose...it's possible, but Jesus, thats alot of tedious work to go through for 2 titles. Would probably take months upon months to finish.

Both of you need to die to be ressed at a res shrine, duh.

Getting both titles is impossible unless you used an exploit, which will lead to your account being banned.

This is a very frequently asked question. LDoA and LS are mutually exclusive - there is NO way to get both.

Like Dan said, you would both need to die to be resurrected at a shrine, as there is no renewable res in pre-searing.

I know this is a dead subject, but I don't understand why this wouldn't be possible. Couldn't you have someone deathlevel a monster, then map out and let you kill it. Then you mapout, regroup and go back to do it again? This definately would take an extremely long time, but if possible I'm sure there would be an elite few that would work at it. Please keep in mind I am new to this game, and to MMORPG's in general, and probably don't understand the process of deathleveling.

read the above posters, reason why you cant get both is because the only resurrection skill there is the resurrection signet, there is no Resurrection spell, chant, no restore life, no flesh of my flesh, no signet of return.

only resurrection signet, and its a one time res, unless you recharge it by killing a boss.
and the res shrines only res people when the entire team is dead.

now, it IS possible to have two players deathleveling monsters, but both would need to die.

Its possible in theory if someone who smuggled in a monk tome would use it to get a reusable res. If they had suffered no deaths and were willing to be at their computer the whole time(instead of going afk for a day, they would have to be there making sure to res as well as avoid aggro so they don't die) they could repeatedly res a person to death level the enemies, then kill them without dieing themselves. To my knowledge no-one has ever done this, since tomes were only available in a very brief period due to an exploit and the invested time is vastly greater then normal death leveling

I do have to admit I am surprised someone hasnt taken 2 accnts and botted this to make it work with the renegade tomes. It would be an insane pair of titles to be able to flaunt

monk tomes ---> hard rez ---> LDoA ---> LS ---> Account banned ---> Spend money on new account.

They have removed all Exotic items (tomes, chaos axes, greens,) from pre now. People that had used tomes had to leave pre or be banned.

tomes only drop in Hard Mode, pre sear has no Hard mode, any tome that was introduced into presear was during an exploit window, and as the above poster said, those who had a tome in their possesion (or had used a tome) had to leave pre sear or be banned.
