3yr PvE veteran...still enjoys all of game

Hi. I am a multi-acct player with multi high level chars. I ran a pve guild for almost 3 yrs in a democratic fashion. I moved on myself because we have different goals. They became largely inactive and mostly about farming only.I haven't done a lot of hmode or elite missions because my sin has never been welcome in those places. I don't care if have TS/Vent...i tend to you short form in-game or silent mode in combat (my party even if i was in lead..ran the mission while i freelanced amongst....always been good at observing the situation and psychotically removing the most dangerous element to party,..always believing that completing the mission alive and intact was better than playing with high dp's unneccessarily) I am a tactician player.

My favorite character at present is my assassin..only thing she hasn't finished is EOTN..but she's close. I've always run my characters the way i enjoy them, and when I help people with missions/quests i expect the same from them. (philosophy being.... beyond giving help/suggestions how to perform better I don't expect people to play in a niche mode) I also still have my first char..r/mo "aradesh"..who still has her beta mode appearance from 2005.

I have never traded in 3 yrs time...and i need nothing..i keep what i kill and build what i need..(i may not have that rare 'awesome' skin..but my equipment does what i want it to ) I don't hand out money...part of learning the game is managing your own funds/budget.. and i am far from broke. I have no problem offering items or money if i see a genuine need but its at my discretion (in my guild i actively helped people get max armor and built/gave weapons if they were new or in desparate need but anything considered 'elite' is fashion..you want it..you buy it...that includes xxxxk weapons).

What I Want is a veteran PvE based guild that doesn't care about alliance sides (no ff/ab requirements) and is active and socially interactive.
I use heros to fill gaps in party not fill the party but they should not be shunned from use. A guild that pursues titles etc would be a bonus.
I am a 36yr old player with an active rl...i play alot but there are times i must be away. I would like an active and social guild that prefers people my age and maturity. I am a bit quiet at first with new people..but trust me..i am quite a nut and i prefer the same with a respectful yet jokingly relaxed atmosphere.

I may not be on guru much becuase i prefer being in-game rather than on sites....i can easily be reached at either of these names....Aradesh Davion,
