Since candy cane shards are no longer needed after Wintersday how about replaceing the rare chance for shards in wintersday gift with a second chance at getting the polar bear mini?

Adding a minimal chance of a Bear would be Ok, but not replacing the shard chance.
This wintersday I opened more than 250 gifts, and got those more than 20 times.
It would be a bit too much.
1 every 250 gits should be enough.

Either put them in storage for next Wintersday or sell them on and move on. The event is over.
