The three Highlander Blades (naming not following the convention)
Longasc
There are three different Highlander Blades:
http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Highlander_Blade
Highlander Blade (straight guard, shortest
Highlander Blade (downward guard, medium)
Greater Highlander Blade (the longest)
OK, this is not really a big issue.
Still, all other EOTN swords/axes follow this convention
Lesser XXX
XXX
Greater XXX
Examples:
Lesser Dark Scimitar, Dark Scimitar, Greater Dark Scimitar
Lesser Sage Blade, ...
Lesser Jagged Reaver, Jagged Reaver, Greater Jagged Reaver
There is no need for two different swords of the same "series" to share the same name. We already have enough confusion with Sickles and Cleavers.
Solution:
Rename to "Lesser Highlander Blade". If ANet thinks it would be funny, Lowlander Blade.

/signed. Easy, minor fix. Perhaps this can be done with other weapons in other campaigns to distinguish between skins more easily.

They should remove all except the greater highlander blade because....
wait for it....
there can be only one.

I'm surprised they can swing a claymore with only one arm. And the fact that it's slashing damage when claymores were never sharpened and only used as a blunt, downward swing. It was meant to send a blunt force to shatter bones rather than tear flesh.
But apart from even further historical inaccuracies, which I probably spelt wrong, then yes. They need to name the smaller one "lesser".

It would take about 4 seconds on Anets part, and it would fix a typo
It doesn't really affect the gameplay, it just makes sense.

Anyway, /signed
It is a minor detail, but it would be an easy fix.

Never noticed that, and I doubt they'll want to change the name of swords that people are using (ie, would you be happy if your sword just had "lesser" stuck on the front of it?), but /signed anyway.

And please do change the text of the smaller blade to "Lesser."

I loved highlander series with adrian paul back in the day...
Anyways, I would realy like to see them do this with every weapon that has same name but different skin, there SHOULD "only be one" of each name/skin combo.

I'm all for all naming conventions.
But not only those. There are skins named differently in different Campaigns.
One skin <-> One name.
One name <-> One skin.
That should be followed always.
