Deathbane

Is it just me or are 98% of the damage mods I get deathbane? It seems to me something isn't right (or maybe bugged)

I rarely get damage mods....all the ones I get are energy---for weapons not casters, those are usually salavage ones.

Yeah... I remember Savio buying a +14% deathbane item for me for 500g back in the day when gold had value.
They are pretty common nowadays though. I might agree with you. I see more deathbane then other types of slayer items. But then again... might just be a gambler falicy type thing.

I always get deathbane too. Dragons and deathbane are the only things I get on staves.

I get a lot of deathbane items too. Doesn't matter what chapter I am in. I think my record was 5 in one day.

I have an question here: we have all these "+X% dmg vs [specific enemy]" mods... where are they "vs humans" mods? Also, is there a place I can see what is considered a certain type of enemy? Like, are margonites demons?

Yea I get tons of deathbane mods. Perfect or 1 away from perfect. For axe, sword, bow and hammer. I just merch them.

I also find that I get a large amount of deathbane mods. By the way I have a sword pommel of deathbane 20% if anyone needs it. I normally merch them but, I figured someone may need it.

Is there a Demon +20% mod? I always get Undead ones or Plants or Trolls. I'd really like a +20 Demon mod for axe and sword. And yeah they are really useless for caster weapons what caster uses their staves more than they are using spells? Also if you got a Demon +20% mod do you remember where it dropped?

Yea there are demonslaying mods. Best bet are Oni and Shiro'ken. Thats where I've gotten mine from. Also chests in Factions areas.

Deathbane mods are good considering that alot of proph and nightfall have undead and all.

Thanks I MP I, I'll give those a try again, but, I'd been doing that duel quest for faction and getting several oni mobs per run and never got a single demon mod to pop off anything they dropped not even a stave. And shiro'ken those are only in missions mostly aren't they? I don't remember a huge area of them except like that final mission/open area at the end of the chapter. Cept I guess that one mission about the middle of the chapter where they were all chained up and most of them were bosses as I recall? I'll go beat some more of them up perhaps I'll get lucky someday. ...thanks again.

I get a lot of them also, I got a r10 chaos axe with a 19% deathbane mod the other day.. that was slightly annoying.

In GW2, I bet all areas near Orr will be so infested with undead that Kryta looks abandoned in comparison - and deathbane mods will drop once in a blue moon...^^

I've gotten several Deathbane's, always just 1 or 2 from perfect, but always r11 or even higher. I seem to attract Enchanted and items I cant even use. But I've been cleaning up on the runes, gotten 5 vigor's just this week.

I've gotten most all of the slayer mods that are known to exist, but only deathbane in max.
Best Dwarf slaying mode was 18% for axe and Demon was 15% for sword. It's all about luck, I mean I've also never had a perfect R8 Gold Fellblade drop for me....
