Rare Material for Norn Armor??

I'm in the process of purchasing Norn armor for my Warrior. I have all of the material (ingots, vellum, ink) but I don't have the Monstrous Claws and Fangs. I tried to buy some in Kaening, LA, Drok's, and Kamadan, but no one PM'd saying they had any and nobody was selling any. While I was advertising that I was buying some, I got a PM saying that they had been searching for about 3 weeks for the same items (they were buying Norn armor as well). Why is nobody selling Monstrous Claws/Fangs? Am I going to have to buy them from the trader?

i dunno, but i sold three of each just a few days ago.. had them in storage for a while tho

For some reason they are extremely rare, or maybe they drop from some weird mobs. Anyway, whats the problem in buying them from trader? It's not like you need alot of them.

I'd like to save some money that's all.

They're pretty common in some Factions missions, alot of them dropped during the Tahnnakai Temple mission. Also Vizunah Square.

Honestly just buy them from the trader, it's not worth the time looking for someone selling them.

Claws fangs and eyes drop rather liberally in the Lagoon (where the captured son is) Naga seem to drop them quite a bit.

prtty much buying them from merch and spending a few k more is well worth mindless spamming in kamadan or sum where for hrs...lol

I recently purchased the Asuran Necro armor, and over the 2 years of playing GW, i had about 7 claws and maybe 6 eyes and 8 fangs. When i see one of those items drop its almost like getting a gold drop "Ooooooh!" Actually gold drops seem more common than those. Anyways, I just purchased the rest from the trader rather than wasting time trying to buy from a person and haggling.

Actually if you just run through Vizunah Square solo and hope for a hench team on the other end, you can get a good amount of them from drops.

Then again, why do that when you can spend like 30k and get all you need for a set...

For the time spent looking for them from other players you really are not wasting money because you can buy the armor faster and get to farming. Besides we all know PvE is for farming money.
