PC On Gold Req 8 Bone Staff!

I just got this from UW & I realise at first glance it looks awful, I mean even the HSR recharge isn't max & neither is the energy or damage (which I found was weird for a gold staff), but it's req 8.

Could it be worth anything?

Salvage the enchants mod and merch staff imo

Yeah, non-max makes it pretty worthless

agree. req 8 only makes it rare if it's max
