I was told that the Foggies south of ToA drop decent amounts of dust. I'm looking to pick up some powerstones for my vanquish title. Does anyone know of a good build to farm them with?

Thanks

I use to farm them in normal mode as rt/mes with vwk. The trick to it is dont aggro more than 6 precast arcane echo before you rush in since they use mark of subversion i think it is and spam mend body and soul + vengeful weapon for their dark aura spike at the start.

I get tons of dust from salvaging items and drops in hard mode. I also farm the dead(most dead will drop it)

yea - easier to farm the undead outside of the hot springs or the gates of kryta mission.
smites in UW also drop a lot of dust

I posted my spot earlier but this is a good one

Tyria – Must have -20 off hand ( for after you die) Kill the undead Holy dmg is king and speeds up the process

1. Go to Temple of Ages
2. Walk out side turn to your left and walk into the poison water on your way to the bone dragon let him kill you.
3. You rez and there is a passage next to you it takes you to another zone (can’t think of the name) Zone
4. Cast all your enchantments
5. Follow the path numerous undead to kill. And close to the zone you just went thru (take lock pick if you wish chests do spawn here)

Quote from Wiki: "A few of these, shown with simply the name "nightmare", appear during the quest, Graven Images, from Archivist Ithimar."
You might wanna try that in HM.

For the fog nightmares, take an E/A with 12 shadow, 16 fire, 4 e-storage, dark escape, shadow sanctuary/feigned neutrality, shadow refuge, as much PB AoE fire as you can get, Double Dragon, Phoenix, Inferno, Flame Burst, fire attunement seems to get it done(they seem weak to fire for some reason). Run there south of the temple of ages using the regen skills and dark escape. one you can see them, tune up, let dark escape recharge, agro at most 6, hit Dark Escape and a regen skill while they charge at you, when they get on top of you hit double dragon, phoenix(the delay while casting phoenix means they dont scatter), flame burst and inferno to finish them as fast as you can, hit shadow refuge when it charges. They do frop 20-36 piles of dust very frequently, 1 or 2 runs can make a stack. Their Shadowy remains collector drop salvage for 3-5 dust(and at christmas can be traded for loot). They also drop stuff that salvages into steel, iron, bone and wood if you need it(lots of necro gear).
