well, i haven't had a chance to check the game yet, but when i first saw this thread my first thought was Turai's Procession where the tormented lands are. Has anyone checked there?

Sounds like a Cracked Mesa boss. Had a look through parts of Kourna, haven't seen anything so far. The area where the Tormented Lands were included, there were just a bunch of ntouka roaming the area.

Has anybody who has completed the Battle of Turai's Procession looked around that section of Turai's Procession? The Tormented Lands disappear and another boss shows up in the middle (the Mantra of Recovery one).

Well everyone, it appears the boss has been FOUND.
Reports on the official Wiki say he's to be found in Forum Highlands, in front of the "Do Not Touch" treasure. He uses Obsidian Flesh as his elite skill. No other details are available at the moment.

Fixed the bug that made our bug fix not fix the problem of Dzabel land guardian not showing, this fix also includes Dzabel now spawning in 4 places in the Nightfall campaign It's a good fix that fix's, the fix that didn't fix the original problem that we wanted fixed

Found him at the eastern end of the Floodplain of Mahnkelon by where the last group of Droughtlings spawns during the quest "To Kill a Demon". He is a Heket ranger boss.
He seems to spawn there whether the quest is active or not. Will take a ranger there to find out what his skills are.
