PC on Sephis Axe

I need a PC on a req 9 gold uninscribable but 15^50 Sephis axe and can i get an estimate if i add sundering and fortitude

don't bother modding stuff you plan on selling, sephis axe is only 5-10k imo...

closer to the 5k end. please never add mods to a weapon to sell it

This is baseline pricing.

There is never any point to add mods to something like this as they are so common that mods simply wont help it sell for more. On higher end items you can if you want to be nice to the buyer but items will still sell for what they are worth.
