My girlfriend makes fun of me all the time for this but at least 3 of my characters multitask. For example my Ele has a farming build for earth magic a farming build for water magic, a pve build for earth, a pve build for fire, and a fun pve build with a big hammer. Is it wrong that i have 3 whole sets of armour for her? 1k luxon for hammer and fire, elite stromforged for earth pve and farming, and the 1k iceforged for water farming?
My necro, who was my first chracter, has swapped around alot. She has 15k bonelace(or whatever they call it now) for SS, has 8k scar pattern for blood magic, Now has the 15k luxon for MM before she had elite sunspear which i thought was ugly.
My ritualist has the ancient armour for her normal channeling build, The 1k seitung armour for Siprits strength and the ebon vanguard armour for with caretakers charge or her reasoration build. It takes up ALOT of room in their backpacks but i think its work it to have full sets of armour for each build(which sometimes also means seperate weapon sets too.

So is that normal or am i just an armour hoe (<- add a "w" and a "r") which is the cute phrase my gf calls me?

Pretty much an armour gimp. Most people just change the head pieces. Maybe the weapon. I'm the same on all my spell casters.

No it's normal, my friend is the same.
You are an armour hoe when (like me) you have more than 8 armour for your nec and you use only one and 2 for PvE and the 6 others are just so you can look good in it :P

I have 2 full sets of armor for several of my chartcters, and lots of helmets, but I'd never go to 3 or more except for the Hall of Monuments. Multiple armor sets like you describe made alot of sense before insignia were retroactively added to all armor sets. Nothing wrong with having a couple extra.
