Corsair Mind Readers using rez?

Yeah, was out capping a skill in Barbarous shores on NM. Fighting through as normal and started noticing that someone was rezzing corsairs. Finally noticed one of the Mind Readers (mesmers) was using Rez Signet.

Is this a new addition or was it always there?

Edit: Dang, put this in Canthan instead of Elonan forum Can a mod move it for me plz?
