Paragons and GWEN?

I really only got Gwen so I could get Hayda so I could try the 3 paragon D/N set up but was curious if any of the Title Tracks ie Norn, Vanguard, etc are especially good for Paragons.
If so why?
What order would you rate them? As always thanks for any help you can provide

Ebon Battle Standard of Honor and I Am The Strongest! are both good to have. EBS Honor especially, it adds an insane amount of damage at max rank.
