Req. doesn't really matter to me (higher req is nice though) as long as the items have an inscription slot. Mods don't really matter either.
I'd prefer to have an inscription slot on the platinum wand, but if it doesn't have a slot then a +15energy/-1 regen platinum wand would be nice. if not, a 20% hsr mod would do.
