i tryed to download eye of north about 5 times but i get to 61% and it stops, why?

You don't need to download it! Just add the key to your existing account.

ok i added the key to my existing account but it doesnt come up with a option to play eye of the north, it only has the first three guildwars come up

Eye of the North is an expansion. You can't make a new character that starts there. Take one of your existing characters to LA, Kaineng, or Kamadan and a popup will come up saying to talk to so and so to start a quest that will take you to Eye of the North.
