And now my question is this build with insignais armor and evrthing good enough for the run to drok from beacons perch?

Using skills limited to a certain campaign and titletracks arent that usefull.

Okay, first things first. You need to not make duplicate topics, or post right after your own posts. The edit button is there for a reason. Also, try to use good grammar; "Why sucks it?" I may cry.
Now, onto the build. No. Too little defense. Spell breaker is useless against the Signet of Judgement spammers. The run is perhaps considered the hardest in GW--next to the Southern Shiverpeaks tour. Simple skills that can help you when with a team won't work.
If you want to try running, I recommend you start with smaller areas like an Ascalon-to-Yak's run, then Ascalon-to-Beacon's run. Move up to stuff like Sanctum Cay, then Desert, and so on. Try to get the hang of what is good where, and what is useless.
