I have one question on a farmable boss with this build. When farming Vahlet the Silent to get his green sycthe, will he be able to drop it after he has been killed once and resurrected? If this was true you could get this scythe in every run. Also if he drops it and then is resurrected will he be able to drop it again?

I doubt it works that way. Monsters that are resurrected don't drop more loot, give more experience, or award more bounty points, last I knew.
