"blind people slip on ebon"
Dervish/Elementalist
Level: 20
Mysticism: 9 (8+1)
Scythe Mastery: 14 (12+2)
Earth Prayers: 11 (10+1)
- Mystic Regeneration (Earth Prayers)
- Ebon Dust Aura [Elite] (Earth Prayers)
- Vital Boon (Earth Prayers)
- Victorious Sweep (Scythe Mastery)/Crippling Sweep (Scythe Mastery)/Banishing Strike (Scythe Mastery)/ any fast recharging scythe skill
- Eremite's Attack (Scythe Mastery)
- Mystic Sweep (Scythe Mastery)
- Slippery Ground (Water Magic) --> doesn't scale with attribute
- Resurrection Signet ( )
I considered Whirlwind (Air Magic) for additional knockdown but that's too many 10 energy nonenchantment skills.
EDIT: this is meant for a hero

A minor thing - Slippery Ground has a hidden clause, 50% chance of failure with Water Magic of 4 or less.
You've gotta fiddle with attributes to get 5Warer

nvm then this build is pointless... geez. Testing builds on heroes is really terrible (I go by skill descriptions which might be bugged).
could probably go D/W for Grapple + Wild Blow/Distracting Blow (AoE to trigger Ebon Dust?)... but knockdown on self isn't too great when you need to maintain enchants

easy, lower earth prayers to 8+1 and you can fit 7 points into water. simple.
good idea by the way, might have energy problems? consider zealous sweep?

This is actually a pretty neat idea for a build...like Coloneh said you could simply put less points in earth prayers and add some to water magic to make this viable. Blind & knockdown is a pretty good combo...

The thing is that anyone with a clue can run "You move like a dwarf" which is why I stated this is hero only :P
Not sure if heros can micro the knockdowns but I guess you could cross it out and use it manually.

Mysticism: 9 (8+1)
Scythe Mastery: 14 (12+2)
Earth Prayers: 10 (9+1)
Water Magic: 5
- Mystic Regeneration (Earth Prayers)
- Ebon Dust Aura [Elite] (Earth Prayers)
- Aura of Thorns (Earth Prayers) <-- for the cripple
- Zealous Sweep (Scythe Mastery)
- Eremite's Attack (Scythe Mastery)
- Mystic Sweep (Scythe Mastery)
- Slippery Ground (Water Magic) --> 4 attributes
- Resurrection Signet ( )
Vital Boon removed since Zealous Sweep doesn't need +HP
Alternatives to Auras of Thorns might be:
- Sand Shards (Earth Prayers) <-- when you expect blocking or miss hexes
- Zealous Renewal (Mysticism) <-- helps with energy

On the D/W front, I tried to use Wind Prayers to power the utility skill Wild Blow:
"Grappling Wind"
Dervish/Warrior
Level: 20
Mysticism: 9 (8+1)
Scythe Mastery: 14 (12+2)
Wind Prayers: 11 (10+1)
- Onslaught [Elite] (Wind Prayers) <-- 25% recharge reduction
- Watchful Intervention (Mysticism)
- Harrier's Grasp (Wind Prayers)
- Lyssa's Assault (Scythe Mastery)
- Eremite's Attack (Scythe Mastery) / Mystic Sweep (Scythe Mastery)
- Grapple (Warrior other)
- Wild Blow (Warrior other) / Featherfoot Grace (Wind Prayers) <-- speed buff that is not a stance
- Resurrection Signet ( )
I considered "None Shall Pass!" (Tactics) instead of Wild Blow but it is conditional knockdown and better off on a warrior that is tanking. A Wind Prayers build is generally more fragile than Earth Prayers.
- Drunken Blow (Tactics) was thrown out because it synergizes better with Fleeting Stability (on a warrior) and needs tactics to be useful outside of being a russian roulette condition maker
- "On Your Knees!" (Warrior other) is impossible to use with Grapple, or it'd be useful for Whirling Charge/Harrier's Haste
Wind Prayers only has straight heals (no damage reduction and mitigation), so this is pretty sad.

That's true since they both have the same recharge time of 10 seconds...only real advantage is the energy cost is less...but you do give up the damage from "You move like a dwarf." Either way I will test this on one of my Dervish hero's and see how it goes.
