WTB Healing or Prot Req Zodiac and Platinum Staves

Just throwing this out there, though I know there's very little chance I'll find one.

I need a Zodiac, Platinum, Dragon, or Celestial staff, Req 9-11 Protection Prayers. It cannot be inscribable without being req Divine, so it must also have a 20% HCT of it's respective requirement. (As an innate mod, not Adept). All other mods are unimportant.

I'm willing to pay very handsomely for what I'm looking for.
